Board of Intermediate and Secondary Education Gujranwala (BISE Gujranwala) was established in 1976 as an authoritative body responsible for conducting matriculation and intermediate examinations within its jurisdiction. At present time of its jurisdiction, BISE Gujranwala conducts matric and Inter examinations for the school, colleges affiliated with it belonging to Gujranwala, Gujarat, Mandi Baha-ud-din, Hafizabad, Narowal, and Sialkot.
BISE Gujranwala conducts its matriculation exams in the month of March and while intermediate exams starts in the month of April. Results of SSC are usually announced in the month of July and August while Inter exams results are announced in the month of September.
